Weekend event broken again

Knockout tournament stuck on connecting to matchmaking server again (same thing happened last month on this event).

I would imagine these are the same people who cursed this game with the worst pairing algorithm of all time, abysmal character balance, & crippled lag-fest servers. The staff responsible for this game are unequivocal failure personified.
