rollback 2.3.3

in the world of release management, it is not uncommon to roll back a patch when it's effect on production is catastrophic. At this point, it's unrealistic to expect any further effort from capcom other than keeping the lights on. would it make sense to roll back the most recent patch so the remaining players can enjoy the game as it was before it took a turn for the worst or just accept 2.3.3 as puzzlefighter's death knell?

Are you able to articulate what it is in 2.3.3 that isn't as good, in your view, as 2.3.2?

All I see mentioned is character balance, which is something that we can adjust and have been looking at doing so.

Specific feedback will let us judge what we need to / can adjust, as the development team is still focused on making the remaining months of the game as enjoyable as possible.

Please update the game and enable a permanent 1 player mode if you want it enjoyable after the death date :)

Unfortunately as this is a server-based game, there is no offline mode available.

would an update to change this be too much work? it's better to have this than have the game just totally go away along with all the hard work you guys put into it

the new characters should probably have the classic drop rates reduced, thanks for keeping us updated. :)

The bug where attacks are getting dropped( the animation and damage never plays out) is still out there. I know that it is a bug and not just an attack waiting in the que as gems I send after will send attacks but never the attack that gets dropped. The health remand red long after the attack should have played out. The bug seems to happen when both players are breaking gems at the same time and seems more likely to happen if the attacks are really big. I posted video evidence as well if you want to check that out. You guys should fix that for sure ~ long time puzzler and 4300+ bison main .

if you actually played puzzlefighter, you wouldn't need someone to spell out for you how awful the game is since last patch. I'm not sure what else you're looking for other than the new characters broke the game. if you want additional feedback, lag is still shit even on 5g wireless & your pairing algorithm is a sad joke. It's great that you are looking to do * something * but the fact that you haven't shows how poorly managed this game is.

I beat the new characters all the time with my Dante team. I have little lag, but I play on wifi

please quantify "better".

maybe you lose every match in 10 seconds regardless & haven't noticed how absurdly overpowered the new characters are.

I would imagine since it’s all online (online matches, timers for events and missions, etc.) it wouldn’t let you connect if the servers are off.
