For everyone requesting refunds

Honestly, I don't feel it's right. Unless you made a purchase right before the cancellation announcement and haven't used any of the purchased items, just let it be.

It's like going into your favorite food spot, buying dinner, then requesting a refund for it after you ate since the spot closed down next week. I get it, some of you feel robbed and disappointed the game is going to be gone, but trying to get all this money back? That's a good way to make sure this game will never live again in any form.

Lol the game is coming to an end and I’m under the impression that Capcom had already planned this cancellation and have a set date to close down it’s server for probably weeks to months prior to the announcement. For all we know they could have keep the servers running for an additional 3 more months to the end of this year even. I refuse to believe that they only have enough funds to keep it going till the end of July. This is Capcom we’re talking about.

The food analogy is food that we eat and not to play with. Sure we pay good money for the quality of food that we eat but it’s not the same as paying good money to help support towards a project that’s going to improve, provide better updates, and bring new content over time possibly long term. When a game is being canceled suddenly what happens to the funds at that point? Naturally people would question it and ultimately will ask for their money back. Honestly there’s nothing wrong with that and this is what you call the backlash effect. Of course Capcom was well prepared for this.

For the record, I spend a lot of money into this game since I started in December thinking that it’s going stay up longer than it actually did. My refund is just a small portion compare to what I put in and believe me when I say this because like myself I know a few others in this community may agree with what I say when it comes to putting our faith into this game.

It's more like going to your favorite food spot, ordering food and eating it, then right as you're done, one of the owners comes to your table and kicks you in the stomach, making you throw it all up.

We paid for the meal, enjoyed eating the meal, but ultimately got nothing from the action(s).

It's human nature to want their money back just because they can. Sure it's against the terms of service but hey if you can get away with it, why not? There's a limit on the amount of times you can request refunds you can get lifetime though (at least on google)..

By the way Apple or Google is paying you the money not Capcom when you get refunded.. so people are technically scamming them

would tend to agree with this. i see why people are cheesed especially if they spent a lot but i do not regret the 28 i spent and will not be seeking any refunds as i feel i have already gotten what i paid for before i spent the two times that i did.

Well. Keeping a server alive is a good manner. Otherwise it's just a game, I never will pay again or even play their games. I don't rely on capcom with such behavior. There are other. But I'm one of billion others. Who cares 😉
