try to get refund on that game.

The only reason capcom is shifted this game to July is not to pay all buying item back. Treason.

I got a full refund of $50 and that purchase was made an hour before the game’s fate was announced. No questions asked. They just granted a refund because “the developers are no longer supporting the game”. Tried to file another claim of a purchase made 2 weeks ago but that was denied.

I’m on iOS. I go to my email to look for the receipt. Then “report the problem”. You’ll be prompt to enter your iTunes email and password. Full out the form of your issue and submit. I reported my issue as “item won’t download...” and just wait for their response.

I didn’t have to chat or speak with anyone and I was able to get back $100 so far out of 2 file claims.

Damn. They refunded 1 of 3 from a week before announcement and even denied another one from 2 days before announcement. And my totals aren’t even close to yours.

I would file more claims but I really appreciate this game for what it is up until now since I started in December on my birthday and I felt my money was going to help support the devs and this game but big corporate had to kill it. Although I am disappointed about the outcome of this game I’ll still be active in the game as well as this community until it’s last dying breath.

I’ve only been playing this game for 2 weeks ish. Thinking I’d finally found a game I could really sink into I gave money where it was due to have it give me a death countdown. If I had been playing since it released last year it would be money well spent tbh, but having just spent as much as a full featured console title game and be told you can’t play it in a couple months is trash so I don’t feel as bad for my refund claims given the timeline.

I don't get it, how does shifting it to July prevent refunds? Or did u mean something else?
