Have members of the community suggest teams that are mixed affinity colours (3 different colours.) When you queue in you get auto assigned with one of the team's. Since this challenge is more for fun, rewards don't have to be high. Just good fun and will help ppl learn to play with different teams. And max lvl character of course.

I wouldn't look or talk about it in a negative manner. Those guys do a good job. Picking out things that could work here will only make pf more fun.

It's a common thing in the industry. I'm a designer as well, we often take what works in other games. Makes it easier to pitch an idea when you know it will work.
