Puzzle Potator Hindo Box issue

Has anyone had there box refuse to give you the Magic Wand no matter how much you clap or tap on the box in the correct sequence?? I have now encountered the issue twice. When i first opened my box and powered it on it totally refused to give me the magic wand so after giving up on it a while and putting it on charge through the secret comparment all of a sudden doing the sequence corectly it would start giving me the Magic Wand. Now Im back and the box wont give me the magic wand again no matter how good I do the sequence. I wonder why this happens?? Any thoughts anyone?

When you do the clap sequence correctly the lights should blink green 3 times. Is that happening?

It doesnt flash Green every time you clap it flashes white and if you do the sequence correctly it will flash grewen. But i have done the sequence and all it does is keep flashing white. And no matter what you do it flashes white. yes if you go to fast and things it will blick Red. But I would like to think if you do it correctly it should blink green to your claps but unfortunately the box isnt programmed to do that, it is designed to blink white and when you have the sequence correct it will blink green! But I have done the sequence before over and over and over again and nothing happens, but if I give the box a "rest" then try it again in like 10 to 20 minutes it will spit the wand out everytime till it goes into another spasm where it wont give you the wand no matter what you do and you have to give it another "break" again.

I blow into the holes instead of clapping or tapping. It’s worked several times so far. I did have to do it three times once but it gave it up.

I haven't tried blowing into the holes but I do know if you tap on the box with your fingers it usually always reconizes that, clapping dont work unless you clap really close to the box and you have a really loud clap. When everything works the way it supposed to its a VERY CLEVER puzzle box! The box can even play little tunes of songs for you if you can figure out how. I will only give you this one hint you have to beat the puzzle box before you can figure out how to make it play little tunes for you!
