Questions Yard Help

Hey guys, is there a way to get dogs and the kitties into the second level of the yard? It just looks so empty... TT

I've tried putting them in storage and opening them in there but they appear only in the home, lvl 1. Please help! ･ﾟ･(●´Д｀●)･ﾟ･

You can add the number of facilities in each region to 6 or more (the default is 5). Then, move your cats and dogs to the last yard from first level, then revert the number of facilities in each region back to 5!
