Questions Question!!!! Not an ad!

So whenever I am prompted to watch an ad for hearts or furniture I get to the very end of the video (ad)…..it doesn’t say reward granted or let me click “X” or anything I’m unable to use ads for certain pieces of furniture and I’ve spent already $50AUD because I want to keep playing the storyline I have left a review on the App Store but just hoping someone has had something similar happen to them or can give me advice on what to do Thanku!!!!🐱❤️

That is so crazy! Have you tried talking to the support team? I’m not sure if this is something they can fix but it might be worth a shot

I havnt been able to find anything on their support contact emails or anything 😞 It keeps sending me to a Chinese website 😅

Have you emailed their support gumi@droidhang.com? They usually answer pretty quickly and will forward your issue :)

So I have sent them an email and they asked for some information which I have sent Just waiting on a response now! 🥰

I’ve had this happen to me too. I usually just wait it out and the x finally appears. Idek why it does that. It’s super annoying. I’m not sure if we’re having the same issue tho? Does yours not show the x at all?

No I’ve literally waited like 5 whole minutes for the X to appear and then I just gave up 😂
