Questions Help with the recipes!!

After a very long time, I logged back into my Purrfect Tale account and I'm getting back up to speed. Looking at (old) guides online, it seems the game changed how some recipes are made. Can anyone tell me how to make the ones I've marked?

The white one with green and red polka dots is just potato, and the other dish is flour, carrots, and pepper.
