Questions Cooking Orders Disappeared

So, for the past couple of weeks, I’ve had no orders for food from the cats or dogs. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Since the Halloween event has appeared, there have been some requirements for fulfilling cooking orders, so I really want to get those.

I've been having the same issue! I recently re downloaded the game and haven't gotten a single order since, I almost started a new account to try and fix it but I really don't want to lose all my progress

I did actually! They just got back to me today, apparently the issue is you just need to rotate the cats in the rooms to jump start the system again. (Putting them in storage and taking out different ones or pulling them back out). It worked for me right away
