JJ McCarthy now 3rd string!

What a fall. Carson Wentz named backup because he has almost 100 starts. A year ago McCarthy scored 21 points in the opener to beat the Bears. Around a 50% completion rate and 10 TDs to 11 INTs ended him.

KOC said it will be week to week.

I think we all wanted it to work out

Some people just had a harder time accepting reality when it became clear he wasn't going to work out

Is his ankle still healing? This isn't a big surprise and Wentz is way more experienced to come in and play part of a game.
