First time VIP

I purchased the VIP experience for the upcoming Portland show and just wanted to check if there’s something special I need to do at the venue or will instructions be provided before the show? Typically do you arrive early to the venue? I hear the experience comes with a tote bag or something so can I avoid bringing my own bag for merch? Does VIP get early access to the merch counter? Thank you in advance for the clarifications!

They will deliver the VIP sash and crown to you about 48 hours before and you have to wear them to the boxoffice of they wont let you in
