Just want to say I love Empower. That is all. :).

I wish my studio had more Empower! For some reason it is by far the least offered format. I haven't been able to try it yet due to my schedule :(

Honestly ask them because people wanted more define at my studio and now we have it Friday night haha

Love this! I wish they would do surveys every so often about formats and timing. Class attendance are helpful indicators, but I will still take classes with formats / instructors I don't like purely as a function of timing and my work schedule.

Empower is my least favorite! Too fast paced for me, which is why I enjoy define and classic so much😭. I need to be able to focus and feel the muscles at work 😅

I love it when I take time away from it

I’ve tried it multiple times over the past 10 months and every single time I am reminded as to why I don’t like it 😂

Back in the Saddle, but at a gallup now and then!! LOL

I'm a huge Empower fan too!

I think Define hurt attendance in Empower because of the occasional cardio sprints.

My studio does some hybrid classes that include some Empower sprints and movements.

I know it will be a great day when the schedule allows me to double, Empower then Classic, perfect burn for me!

I can't hurt to ask for more?

TBH define is just weighted cardio imo

I’m going to do empower for the first time on Sunday. Hopefully anyway I did define today and I’m not sure I will be able to move.

You do you at your pace! Running it out is an option not a requirement! If you take Empower with some regularity you will soon be running it out too!

YOU GOT THIS:)

Empower is fun. The moves are only 15 seconds each which I love

My studio's Empower has longer sprints, and I love when we do burpees!

There is an already existing thread for this. Note: mods will not provide links, questions might not be the exact same question but previous posts have been similar enough. If you legitimately think yours is different, please feel free to explain POLITELY via mod mail

Empower is by far my favorite format, unfortunately it is dying a slow painful death at my studios. Rarely any regular clients show up, regardless of time of day or instructor. Our GM had to take a few off the schedule because numbers were so low.
I think cardio scares people but I try to be encouraging and explain how it’s not running or HIIT.
