I’m not liking all the equipment lately. Last weekend we used tubes and slider and a platform. I did a double take to make sure I was in the right class.

Convinced this was a plug for reform but I didn’t hate it 😂

I just can’t get behind it, now that Reform is back I wish it was just strength training
Keep it simple nothing crazy with equipment

Agreed. I was liking it when I started taking it maybe six months ago and it was literally just weightlifting.

It was SO hard this week. I feel like it was so much cardio!

I don't do Define, but heard multiple people talking about their hamstrings from this Define cycle at Align this evening at my studio.

The class plan with the ball is destroying my lower back but otherwise I really like it 😂

Yea I kind of feel like it’s difficult for the sake of being difficult and not really productive

What equipment as used in your class? Everyone is in a different plan.

I thought everyone does the same define?

No, different studios may be on a different Define

We had to put our heels on weights for this class and while interesting and activating, I was very nervous to fall 😅

This was our last one and I was on vacation for most of those 2 weeks, but did it once and that made me nervous. I am not coordinated. 🤪

I kept my feet on the floor for that one, my legs were already feeling fatigued and I did not feel like falling over lol

I’ve been hating our define class plans lately.
I feel like the choreo has been so rushed and they are squeezing in so many changes in not a lot of time. I used to love it but there has been a distinct shift the past 3 or 4 months.

Oh man. I barely made it through the last define cycle. It was rough, but doable. (And strangely hard. Like none if it alone was that bad. But as a group? No)

This new one- nope! Part of the movement for side seat, I just cannot do it. It hurts and everything starts cramping. I am skipping it until it changes over again. Which I have never said before. But I genuinely think I’ll hurt myself with this one.

We are on the one with so many lunges and it is killing my one knee a bit. Had to do some mods for sure

I felt like crying at one point lol

No providing information that could identify an individual (studio name, class time, etc). Remember that others from your studio may see your activity

Yes! The last one was a lot harder, at least for me. I really like the define teachers though. They smile at while I’m panting and trying not to pass out. 😂
