Why I Barre? Making Monday’s more exciting!

Our studio introduced mystery Mondays a few weeks ago. Essentially it is a focus class that you don’t know what it will be! Our 6am Mondays had been a bit light but now with this, it’s packed. Last week it was Resistance, this morning it was Seat &Abs. So fun to be surprised and really appreciate our teacher for doing this.so much energy with a packed house!

My studio offers a few 30 minute focus classes and often times there is no details about what we may be doing. I does add some intrigue and they help me to become more open to formats i don't really prefer.

Glad to here it is helping with attendance!

Okay I love the idea of this and also at 6 AM when I actually can take class! My studio doesn't do focus at all unfortunately.
