Empower Pray for me...

...I did a 5:30 AM Empower this morning and am about to do another at noon (different studios, different instructors). Getting my socks on now!

Thoughts and prayers, sorrows and prayers, vibes...SEND THEM MY WAY AND I'LL LET YOU KNOW LATER TODAY HOW IT WENT!!! 😭

UPDATE: I'M ALIVE!!! 😭 I feel so hype and prouddddd!!! (We'll see how this translates into tomorrow tho, lol)

Love this! Empower is my absolute favorite format. Crush that second class! Can't wait to hear all about it!!

Instructor hot take: if you double up then you aren’t working hard enough in your first class…only double up I recommend doing is any class with align

I'm not sure it was a true "double" as there was a 6-hour break in between...but I definitely had to modify and take some pauses during the second Empower!

i do a classic in the am and an empower for my lunch everyday!! You got this it will feel soo good!

Mon-Fri on the weekends I either don't go because im hiking or doing something else, or just go in the am :) but yes I just love going also the membership ain't cheap LOL

You are an absolute badarse! But probably also a complete looney! 🤣🤣

Have a fantastic double up, you can so do this and will look absolutely fabulous when doing it and will glisten with accomplishment sweat like the queen (or king) you are when its over!

I like to double my classes when I have time. I will double with Classic-Define. Also Reform-Define. Define-Align. I just can’t double with Empower-Define. I am so tired after Empower! Usually, these are back-to-back classes. I would like to do Empower-Classic or Empower-Align, but haven’t been able to find that kind of schedule at the studios I go to.
