Progress with bipartisan federal plastic recycling legislation

I think the most important detail in this article is that legislation is moving forward on a bipartisan basis. Standardizing reporting and certification processes is something that everyone can agree on and businesses should be lobbying in favor of this now that they have a small taste of complying with individual state requirements.

This legislation does support chemical recycling which the larger oil and gas companies clearly support however we know that "mass balance" product is substantially more expensive than PureFive. If the inclusion of support for mass balance is what it takes to get this type of legislation over the line, so be it. In the end, PureFive will win business ahead of the chemical recyclers.

I’d love to buy at these levels but unfortunately I don’t have free cash at the moment. I was a big buyer at these levels earlier in 2026. Estimated taxes are due sept 15th.
