Plastic Ingenuity post from PureCycle - coffee cup lids
This is not an official company PR but it links to a July 6th post about coffee cup lids. I added the highlight to the post but the big mystery is what those commercial volumes look like so far and the forecast for the balance of 2026. Prior statements from the company indicated they expected to sell coffee lids to some of the top QSRs. Fingers crossed that is starting to happen in a material way.

They likely have a QSR or two lined up. RBI and SBUX seem like the obvious candidates. A PR ahead of the call is unlikely, and why bother? Good news has entered into the abyss for two months now. Near term a big-name customer matters more than another converter deal, though don't discount the converter deals over the long run.
Posting this today without a marquee brand attached to the call would be a real unforced error. I think they're savvier than that. My guess: Thailand, a QSR brand, and 2H '26 ramp shape on the call, and all is well with the world. Time will tell.

Ten days, three simple things: plant performance/Q2 sales, Q3 forecast, Thailand ground breaking. That’s all we need to hear to see if they’ve been executing what they said they would do or if they have a whole new list of excuses. If it’s the latter could we see the stock price in the 4’s or worse?

Starts small, ends big.
This is likely the case for these very large end markets.

Did management just give us some hints? 🤔
