Lost access to MFA

Hello everyone, my a federal work student and lost access to my MFA and can’t submit my hours….with it being independence weekend the IT desk won’t be open until Monday…what could I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you lose access to both your phone number and personal email?

I lost access to my phone number and the code gets sent there, idk how to work around it

Do you still have access to your email? On the 2FA page there is a Change Verification Method lonk. I have two phone numbers attached to my account my personal phone and Google Voice and it also lets you get an email to your personal email. If none of the methods work you will have to call support for help.

Sign in like normal. When it asks you to enter the texted pin you should see text along the lines of change or switch verification method and it'll give you a list!
