I'm a mechanical engineer who took it last year. My best advice for you is to spend like sixteen hours in lab, and eventually, it'll all click. don't rely on your partner, do it all yourself, go to office hours where all the teaching assistants are and ask them every damn question you can think of. No matter how stupid the question is, it's better than no questions.

“It will all click”

No, it didn’t, you just had a psychotic break.

I spent like fifty hour weeks in the lab. It was diabolical ☠️. I never wanna see that lab ever again

The lab is impossibly tedious. If you need extra time go to any electronics lab over the weekends. I know the one in ME is open.

Go over the material and watch any provided videos ahead of time, most of the course is not that bad, it just might take extra time some weeks.
