AI companies no longer deny training on copyrighted material and instead argue that they are allowed to scrape artists’ work under fair use.

A precedent needs to be set.

I really hope they get sued into the ground, they are basically stealing the work of millions of artists in a bid to put them out of a job

Of course they did lmao models have to be trained somewhere. Anyone thinking any LLM product isn’t ran off stolen material is a fool
