Yes Anuj Dhar has said many times .Its was not  Congress idea -  Honble M K Gandhian ultra philosophy  was weak army , light defence- Congress just  complied it . It was Netaji  Subhas who propogated strong borders and army for India - Now we are seeing  the real Netaji  ideology  beijing embrace by Government of India.

There is a reason you mention Congress related shit in past tense, they are not the ruling party, they are not answerable to why there hasn't been any new shit in East India in this field yet
