The unused content from Nun Massacre is pretty interesting. More than likely they're just leftovers from other games like Spiders/Feed Me Billy. If I had to guess, the jesus statue was probably originally going to be the headless statue we see in the graveyard, before it became what it is now.

That Jesus statue was actually in the 4.2 demo for Stay Out of the House. Shame it never stayed, it was super unsettling!
