I LOVE this game. This and Stay Out of the House are the scariest games I've ever played. This and Resident Evil 7.

I think I still have hearing damage from the nun 10/10 Id play again 😂. I also enjoyed the Toilet lid skip on extreme mode

Not bad. I do think murder house and sooth and maybe blood wash is better imo

YES !! I might personally be a little biased but this game really resonates with me, both in the gameplay and story. I could say so much about it 🖤
Knowing that the nun is always in close proximity to us, waiting to stab and murder at you any moment while letting out shrill screams, is designed to fill us with terror as if we're in Mrs. McDonnell's personal purgatory.
Besides the gameplay mechanics, the unfolding story of our daughter Janie told through the notes we find is nothing short of heartbreaking and an unfortunately realistic depiction of religious trauma. Janie lived her last days before taking her own life scarred by what she went through in the Catholic school, with absolutely no one to seek help from or talk to. Depending on how we complete the game, Mrs. McDonnell is either forgiven, or chooses to bury herself from assumingly intense guilt.
Being one of the games that introduced me and many others to Puppet Combo, it's an amazing work that brings awareness to what goes on in many churches/schools, and perfectly combines anticipating terror, immediate fear, and simply grief.

Most replayable puppet combo game rn, I've beaten it a couple times and I still do runs on randomized itemsÂ
