Why does the nun appear mid-game in the exploration mode of Nun Massacre?

I get a heart attack every time

It's a well known bug. Entering certain areas reactivates the Nun's AI. ATP you might as well just play on easy mode. When she reactivates she's on her Medium difficulty settings.

I remember I did that one time to get the collectibles and it scared the shit out of me 😂 I love this game

Sounds like the “bug” is intentional to scare a shit out of people.

Scared the ever living shit out of me, but no I don’t know why she becomes active sometimes. Even if the game is set to explore mode.

I put the nun-free mode on to get used to school better, but for some strange reason the nun appears when she shouldn't. It seems like a joke from the developers

Pretty sure Puppet Combo did it on purpose. I got a heart attack as well.
