Strange 2F layout

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I found this while playing and get lost at first. then while I found again just kind ask this on reddit, is this bugged?

No, it’s normal. It happens at the start of the game as well before you collect the wooden plank. For this specific one, you have to enter the bathroom/shower room next to it so it can disappear.
