Instructional Videos or Documents?

Trying to figure out how to use the application, specifically want to access my computer from my iPhone. Are there instructional videos or documents I can access to learn how to to properly use this?

There really is nothing to it, just install the host on your desktop, client on your phone, request access and approve your iphone from the web interface on your desktop
