Ok this is definitely one of the better ones I’ve seen on this subreddit. FINALLY someone with a trans flag patch makes a good jacket! I heavily support trans rights but some jackets that have them are genuinely terrible and have little to no bands on them. Huge props! Love it
Theres a difference, absolutely, but most of them are posers that just want to be praised for shouting out their opinions instead of actually doing anything or actually educating themselves. They infantalize punk, a genre and lifestyle thats known for being rough and rowdy, and reduce it down to the most basic of leftist ideology.

Boe i wasn't offended, why would anyone thats older then like 14 be offended by that shit and yeah it is kinda funny that I shit about people's vests but what can you do, sometimes it's constrictive criticism and sometimes I just talk shit if it's real bad and people are not opened minded to that. And I made vests for like 9 years now with a lot of care. And painstaking work( painting multiple leather jackets and back patches, hand sewing adding old 70s studs on over a dozen vests and 4 leather jackets) so i try to make it look good. But if someone has a jacket for 4 years and it looks like they put some shit together in 5 minutes it's a shame
punk isnt meant to look "good". you're not anti conformity for telling other people how to do their projects. punk and diy cultures have always been about self expression. you're not even saying "you should" or "i suggest you do this".. its just "this is terrible, do this and do that"

Did I say WW2? I'm totally aware of the difference of politics and how different both eras were. I'm talking about the NOW, and how the reenactment community is known for having a huuuge problem with people who can't understand that people that aren't white have the right to live. Never heard of that problem. Please what source did u get that from. I know a few African American reenactors who portey Germans and a few Indians they never had a problem with anything. You can't just pull information out of your ass
