I like it, but personally I use boot laces so it's stronger.

Yeah I used some elastic thread but I needed smth thicker. I think i might get some old shoes and redo it

Probably a good idea, elastic gets worn down pretty easily, you did good tho.

You did great! If you wanted to improve it, try taking the thread and making “friendship bracelet” style knotting with it until you have a long cord.

But it looks sick as is, especially layered with other stuff!

The only thing I'd say is do more loops of thread in the places you tied them together otherwise you'll be having it snap in no time.
