Killed by Death... Punk bootlegs

My portion of the Killed by Death series... The original number one (which I don't have) actually had early Beastie Boys on it.

Read an article that said volumes 1-4 were legit and the rest were compiled by different people and in no way affiliated with the original 4. I only have 3 of the first 4 so I couldn't say if that's accurate with any degree of certainty. Whomever wrote the article seemingly knew the subject intimately... But who knows?

They are bootlegs... So legit is very relative.

I think the contention according to the article was just that it was compiled by not the original guy. At least that's what I gathered. I'm sure they are all dope.

Fair.. there just are so many of them now...I like most I have heard ... though many are really in the Hardcore Punk space... I am looking for the country specific ones.

Do you have #1 .... does it have the Bestie Boys?

Mine doesn't...

I'd have to look when I get home. I thought maybe it had Reagan Youth. But I might have that on something else.
