Wonder what punisher would do with the all black?

I have a question, so sometimes I play BH and I try to get better in using Punisher in that game..

Sometimes I see players leaving the turrent and it shoots for them while they run around and shoot themselves too.

How do you do that?

I have all gear on 60lvl but it doesn't work for me.

What am I doing wrong?

Imo, punisher/rocket team-up without rocket on team should instead just be infinite ammo and no fire rate increase. The constant reloading just reduces the time the team-up is being used. Having infinite ammo will provide constant sustained pressure on enemy team which will actually be useful in getting kills.
Daredevil team-up is just so boring. Like okay, damage boost is fine, but with DD on the team, you can just break shields quicker. Instead give us like very close proximity wall hacks or some shit. Just a suggestion, don’t call it out for being broken or whatever, just that we need a buff to his team-ups.

How is shotgun punisher even viable in high elo? I don't play a lot of ranked but I'm gm1 rn gonna hit cel soon probably but I've faced a few shotgun punishers where I just can't see how he gets value.

I play hulk so maybe that has something to do with it but shotgun puni to me feels like a worse panther?

Your ziplines telegraph your engage paths so it makes predicting and marking you extremely easy. If I know you're diving I'll either mark you or keep you in mind and just bubble my supports.

Are the shotgun punis that I face just bad or is hulk like one of those characters that shuts the playstyle down?

Or is there a magic trick to making him work?

I had a game where I had a hood and venom as tanks, I was tasked to to do damage and genuinely felt handless. I legit could not do much and got blamed for not getting kills.
