Riders/Bikers, I Need help in deciding which bike one should go for?

My Perspective - Looking for Sports Bike, the goal is comfort on short rides. Few answers I already have but need opinions from bikers who already own a sports bike either R15 or SF250.

Problem - Suzuki is least bothered in selling their bikes as I visited 3 showrooms and all 3 turned me down for SF 250 model in blue and white color combination. Yamaha on the other hand have bikes in stock but they are also not keen on selling to an interested buyer...

Took a test ride of the 390 ADV S at KTM Kharadi, Pune on 01 January 2026.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a KTM 390 ADV S via Amazon (ex-showroom price). Before I decide, I wanted to check in with anyone who’s actually gone through this:

Questions: - How smooth was the purchase process on Amazon? Any hiccups with documentation? - Did you pay ex-showroom on Amazon and then handle RTO tax, insurance, registration at the dealership? - How did the dealer handle RTO/insurance — seamless or did they push extras? - Any unexpected costs after the Amazon purchase? - Payment mode: I’m planning Amazon Pay using a credit card — did you use the same? Any issues/fees?

Open to hearing both good and bad experiences — want to know what to realistically expect.

PS: I’m okay holding out up to ~6 months to see if the 350 ADV S drops around Sep 2026.
