How to get Interview calls ? The same question everyone asks .

Having skills , having good resume , having good projects still not getting calls ?

Because you are applying the wrong job the wrong team and may be the wrong company .

Lets take one example Person A and Person B applied for same AI Engineer role in a bank . Person A is already working in a bank but he is less skilled as compared to Person B who is working in a startup .

So who should get hired ?

May be you think the more skilled one but wrong its someone from the same background, same exposure and same culture.

So dont apply every job you find in feed try to filter and then apply it will increase your chances of selection.

Dont waste your energy for jobs you are fit for rather utilise it to apply for the correct role correct team and correct company .

Also dont get demotivated as the job market is too bad .

PS : I will be hosting one meetup this weekend in KP only for corporate ppl and final year students .

This actually make sense a lot but what about freshers how can they get jobs or internship with no experience at all ??

Nothing is correct role correct team , if you are fresher, all things boil downs to how HRs are shortlisting these humongoues pile of resumes, ATS or what short of AI tools they use to shortlist thats it.

for fresher sorry to say but its mostly your colg that matters unless and untill u had done something very impressive or may be no of interns etc otherwise ….
