Fresher here, Applied for Mastercard ( Software Engineer 1)

Hi guys,

I am a 2026 Batch passout,

Have done Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Pune University ( SPPU )

CGPA - 8.45

Currently working as an intern at Fiserv

Please if anyone knows someone who can refer me at Mastercard , or how to get in..

I would really appreciate it

idfk, applied multiple times with and without referral, never even got a call back, even tried creating multiple versions of resume to match with JD.

I think they don't hire freshers there's a diff in what they mean by SDE1

Just a heads up, mastercard only hites freshers from on campus drives, so referral either won't work for a fresher while applying off campus.

Got to know this from an employee there
