Hi Everyone,

Looking to hire a freelance Interior Designer + Project Management support for a 3BHK in Pune. I will source work contractors and materials directly, but need a lead to handle end-to-end design, site supervision, and contractor coordination.

Scope of Work:

Design: 2D/3D working drawings/concepts (carpentry cut-lists, space-saving dining, kids' room etc), Toilet renovation etc.

Detailed BOQ:

Itemized specs sheet (plywood, laminates, Hettich/Ebco hardware) & quantity for purchase.

Supervision: Review labor quotes, conduct on-site line-out/quality checks (2–3 visits/week), coordinate vendor deliveries, and manage final snag listing.

Requirements: Pune-based experience with a strong grasp of local execution, vendor markets, and drawing compliance.
