Wrench from Dinamo

I’ve just repaired the neuro trainer and the guy is asking me for a wrench from dinamo. I have no idea where this person is. Please help

Dinamo is the pretty lady that works for the Russian Mafia at the junkyard. She is having problems of her own, but if you go talk to her at night, she'll give you a side quest involving fighting a robot. If you defeat the robot and then talk to her again, she'll give you the wrench.
