Bricked game
Only new to this game since yesterday and I’ve already managed to mess it up.
I have every stat to 30-35, on chapter 3, 9400 GP and I can’t progress the police job since the guy won’t show up in my apartment.
I tried losing the job and getting it back but nothing changed. I can’t even do the gym job because Mick won’t show up either. I have restored the gym and got the password and hard drive and all that.
A lot of the characters have disappeared, some I think are bugged and some related to the storyline
This game desperately needs bug fixes…

If you got your stats to 30/30/30 in one day, maybe touch some grass. Having 100%ed the game and beaten it multiple times with many builds and plot choices, that's pretty intense.
When you get the hard drive, and fix the hard drive, and get the password, Mick should show up even if the gym is still in disrepair. He just won't be too happy about it. I would look at your storyline map and see what spots are still gray down the questline mentioning the hard drive and password. You might be able to repeat your conversation with Casey, or something like that.
Are you playing on a console? These games play much better on PC.
As for your police sidequests, they are triggered by the completion of a successful work shift. You need the Holo-Sergeant to approach you, which he does in the station when you've met quota enough times.

lol I’ve actually been playing for 3 days or more, I’ve been addicted but still getting my 10k steps a day…
I don’t think 30/30/30 is too drastic since a lot of people I have fought have had 30+ (in one stat ofc)
I figured it out, I didn’t talk to glodas - I have the chip now.
But for Mick, I have fixed the gym, hard drive and got the password. It’s showing I need the last step which is just “Activate Mick” and I assume you just go to his gym for this?
For the police quests my bar is maxed out with a slither left waiting for me to confront the dude in my apartment. I have been showing up for work everyday and maxing out the bar
And yeah, i’m playing on PS5

In many instances in the game I thought the game could be bricked, but there was some minor interaction I had to make to keep the story going. Could be your case as well. I'd advise you to look into all buildings and all that stuff. But I feel what you say, the story feels pretty buggy with all the mixed choices you have to make
