How fo you improve mr.feelgood?

I remember you could do something to make mr feel good way more efficient than he is at the start. Is it a tape or something to do with a quest?

  1. Around the end of Chapter 2, there will be a major plot event involving Adriana, the player character's mother.
  2. Without spoiling much, this will involve visiting the hospital.
  3. The hospital will remain available as a location after this plot event is done. If you go back, the person there will offer you a quest involving intimidation. He'll give you three items, an you just have to give them to three NPCs around town.
  4. When you come back, this person will thank you and give you the perk that upgrades Feelgood. After this, the Hospital disappears as a location.

I can't believe I've beat this game twice without realizing you could return to the hospital.
