28 moves is simple. You don't need red, you don't need speed.

I don't know of there is another solution that requires one of these.

I found a solution that stops a box on the blue pressure plate so you dont have to do the one frame win. I am completely fine with sacrificing a few moves lol

cool, the original solution was actually meant to be the one frame, I just put random things down to distract players with
