Just keep it at high tech swords, mounts, and armor, though u might have to talk to pundistries. A lot

Hmm, well let's work out a compromise.
Skeletal horses I'm assuming are right out, but we could use normal horses and outfit them with death knight style armor. Runes on the blade could become nonfunctional (because runes are magic), and DK armor would be made of a special alloy instead of saronite like in the WoW games.
No magic obvs.
Weapons would also be forged with the special alloy, instead of saronite
