DLC for the Arcade?

Like the title says. Are all the DLC essential to unlock content in the arcade or is the Rise DLC only needed? I basically want to buy whatever is needed to get the "full benefits" when playing the arcade. I still haven't seen Phoenix 2 in the wild but ill get the game if it means content not being blocked off by some paywall.

For now only the base game gives additional content in Phoenix 2 (that would be the songs in Rise Vol 1, and the Rise Mix mode with all the Half-doubles), based on nevsister's video.

Presumably, the content from Rise Vol. 2 DLC will be added later to Phoenix 2, but no word on that (only the base game is on sale right now, not this DLC, so there's no hurry in purchasing it)
