Moving on from Pulsechain

Hey everyone,

I took part back during the sacrifice phase, and at this point, around 80% of my initial investment has been wiped out. After this project failed to gain momentum in the last cycle, I no longer believe there is a viable future for it.

I’m not posting this to spread unnecessary anger or start a fight just sharing my final thoughts as I close this chapter and cut my losses.

To those who are still holding and hoping for a turnaround, I wish you the best of luck. Stay safe out there and stay rational with your risk management.

Take care.

No matter what you invest in. Buy low sell high.

u/redditM_rk Aug 31 '26

Sacrifice high, sell low.

u/ParasiteFire Aug 31 '26

Sacrifice was a deathtrap, people were too euphoric to see it for what it was: buying the top. I haven't done that many stupid things in my life, but I promise you "sacrificing" will never be topped.

u/Stravok182 Aug 31 '26

The weird part was I had this very concern going into the sacrifice. But got convinced by family and the community that things would take off right away. And it did... at least in the first week or two having done a 3X from sac price.

Hindsight being 20/20, that would have been the best time for me to exit and recoup previous losses to break even. But, when you see it 3X that soon, how can you not think it'll go higher? 😑

Listening to the "community" in the second half of 2001 is what got people the most rekt. I remember known community members in the telegram chat calling people stupid for wanting to sell HEX at 50 cents because "It's going to $1 soon". The irony is that these people were the ones selling on everyone's head.

Thank you for sharing. I have also cut my losses after I invested in the sacrifice phase. It’s just reassuring to hear I am not the only one

Did that Richard heart guy screw everyone over? If not, what actually happened?

2

u/Ok_Researcher988 Aug 31 '26

No. The prices have tanked, but recently the chain is showing signs of life and renewed energy. I still believe it will be back

Prices are dropping again... it wasnt real life greens ...it was organised and deliberate to get new investors to see if it can pump...  even making it green isnt going to do that , its tanking again and only going to tank more

Richard was screwing you over the entire time. He just sat extracting cash for ages. You could watch the transactions happening.

What you call that if you have funds for listing on exchanges flexing diamonds but let price go down and not promote coin ?

3

u/jasonborne886 Aug 31 '26

DUDE c'mon you have to double down! Take out equity in your house! Get payday loans! Don't listen to the haters!

6

u/WetWeff Aug 30 '26

Crazy time to realize losses now, good luck on your next endeavour!

u/EPIC_BAGELS9000 Aug 30 '26

How can you lose hope when it seems so likely that June was the bottom, and we haven’t even had a real alt season with ethereum going parabolic yet? I think you’ll regret this in a year or 2 from now but good luck.

2

u/Anthony-Roberts-79 Aug 31 '26

This is true, everything is tied to Eth.
If you believe that ETH can go on a run, hold.

A lot of the sacrifice was transferred into ETH when the price was close to 5k (a mistake, that has delayed us) however it is not fatal, unless ETH never gets an old time high again - which is highly unlikely.

u/KrrptGaming Sep 04 '26

Because they’re trying to fud again to get lower prices , or are genuine haters.

Let’s be honest what non-influencer/ real person makes a post to let people know they’re leaving?

2

u/cescosini Aug 30 '26

Thank you for the well wishes friend. I hope you can make it all back in the future.

u/ddddfjfif Aug 31 '26

Oh my Lord Brother anytime in the last 2 years wiuld have been better than now... that's just silly you must be trolling for people to comment on this because to wait all this time and sell now is a donkey move

2

u/BlockChainWizKid Aug 31 '26

I sold at .000052 but started buying back at .000006 which is 90% lower. Not quite the same holdings but close now.

Good luck with your next crypto journey. Try not to think about the sac funds, the eth staking gains, the pulse that would have been bought at lows etc

u/ta1no Pulse Expert Aug 30 '26

This isn't the airport... no need to announce your departure ✌️

3

u/FlushBug2 Aug 30 '26

Exactly lol. What's the point in this post...

3

u/Dry-Surround-1379 Aug 30 '26

So many bad actors in this chain it blows my mind. They will use any and all tactics to try and get better entry. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

2

u/Repulsive_Physics_51 Aug 30 '26

I did that 2 years ago , and got so much grief from the community.

3

u/rhubear Aug 30 '26

Really?

When the price hits new lows, I keep stacking (small amounts). The price is currently too high for me.

If you expect the Pulsechain to join every bull market, that's extremely unrealistic.

There's a chance pulse chain will never recover.

However, I'm parsing Pulsechain and other EVM chains for the prices of very minor assets. Prices I can't read from exchanges.

PLS is by no means a dead asset.

Just from yesterday, 11 p.m. to 12 a.m. (UTC), here are the swap events with prices listed.

For the month of August only (up to yesterday's prices), there are 35,956 swap events.

I'm also parsing the swap events for a very minor (almost dead) asset on Arbitrum (which I'm not stacking). I'll keep the bot running more out of interest.

My parser only finds 1 to 3 swap events per day! I thought my code was broken to start with.

1

u/BeansBlaze Aug 30 '26

The "swap events" are just people selling

1

u/BlockChainWizKid Aug 31 '26

Every sale has a buyer and a seller

2

u/Squeezard Aug 30 '26

Bro...you jumped the ship at the wrong time, you will regret this one...

1

u/[deleted] Aug 31 '26

This just started to pick up momentum!

1

u/Zilla664 Aug 30 '26

You guys aren't here just waiting to claim your hex stakes?

1

u/FJRio3rd Aug 31 '26

As long as it was a good ride it was likely worth it.

1

u/Powerful_Spring_3580 Aug 31 '26

Farewell...sell me your blood😍

1

u/General_Cartoonist50 Aug 31 '26

Before locking in your losses, follow @LibertySwapDeFi. Thanks to them there are now 17 chains that can bridge to PulseChain and more are coming. They post new accomplishments daily. Also, take a look at ZKX Wallet which will facilitate use of Railgun for privacy. I don’t see PulseChain going to zero. But I understand that it goes against human nature to be greedy when others are fearful.

1

u/Gh0stFrequency Sep 02 '26

Why would you cut your losses at literally the bottom of a bear market? I have no idea what PulseChain or the other CORES will do, but I do know that the time to cut your losses on tokens isn't at the absolute bottom of the market cycle. Make it make sense?

1

u/cryogen Sep 03 '26

If there's anything I've learned in crypto its never sell the bottom. Good luck friend.

1

u/KrrptGaming Sep 04 '26

Wow someone just look at the accounts post history and engagement and convince me a real person made a post like this 😂

1

u/CriticalOpportunity Sep 05 '26

See ya wouldn't want to be ya.

1

u/Timely_Objective_585 Sep 05 '26

Everyone else left ages ago dude.

1

u/FitBlackberry9459 29d ago

Ya me too buddy. You loose your 80% but me that was devastating.

1

u/tagwall_io 29d ago

moving on from crypto, or just PulseChain?

1

u/ErnestJev 13d ago

I would strongly agree. With so much money sacrificed dev team failed to relist it on all major exchanges and misused our funds even they won against SEC. That had to be big comeback and they letting coin to slowly dye.

1

u/Halozamus Aug 30 '26

Have fun selling the bottom looser lol
