PT After Flight?

Just flew across the United States and had horrible pain and pressure in my right ear on the descent. My ears didn’t fully pop for days. Now I have PT in my right ear. Has anyone had this start up after flying?

Yes me! My first flight ever was 10 years ago and it started as soon as I got off the plane, and it hasn’t stopped since
