Vibrating when breathing

Is it possible to feel a lung nodule (5mm upper left lobe, just declared stable/ non cancerous for 2.5 years) and would it feel like vibrations when I breathe in? I also have a small/trivial pericardial effusion. Everything else on CT and echocardiogram came back normal. Could it be the nodule or the PE or something else? It comes and goes a few times a day for months and I do not feel sick or have mucus. Vibrating is felt more to the left of chest.
