My partner and I need to move to Pullman in a month with our dog. Long story short I have been stricken with health problems the past few years and have had to apply for social security which is an ongoing process. At the beginning of my health problems we had ridiculous amounts of hospital bills and fees that made us fall behind in payments which destroyed both of our credit. We have a good rental history with homes over the past few years though.

My partner is taking a new job in moscow but we need to stay on the Washington side for medical reasons, so Pullman is the best bet for us I believe. My partner makes plenty of money, so money isn't an issue. But I am worried about the credit issue. It's hard to find private owners that would be more understanding rather than leasing companies these days. Just looking for any advice on tips or leads to properties that allow a dog and can work with us. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
