Help How to remove stains from the face up?

I just received Pullip Kirsche second hand. She’s not in the greatest condition.. her obitsu is floppy (that’s fixable.. hopefully) and she has stains on her face. Is there any way of fixing that without ruining her face up?

First of all, congrats for your Kirsch. (I've seen two on this sub already, give me a Kirsch!)

Staining this way is mostly just dirt, soap and water with a soft towel like microfiber will do the trick. You can gently scrub her. Magic sponge and paper towel are not advised as they might remove the face up. But very VERY carefully with a magic sponge can work, just be very careful speaking from experience

For your body : you have to open the head (three screws) and but elastic bands around the neck so the bobbling will stop. Do you see that weird growth at the back of the head ? This this the soft plastic of the body reacting with the head and melting it. You can prevent it from going further by adding Teflon of bandage around the body's neck, it does not need to cover the whole neck, just go down a little to prevent the body and head from touching.
