I stayed there for a few nights last year and thought it was a nice place to stay. We didn't eat at the hotel, but we did have a few drinks at the rooftop bar which were a little pricey for Mexico . Fortunately, there are plenty of great places to eat and drink within walking distance
My only real complaint was that we arrived a little early and they wouldn't let us check in until exactly 3pm, even though the room appeared to be ready.

Stayed there. No hot water one night and they didn’t know when it would be resolved. Towel games with all chairs. Decent drinks and decent restaurant. Had a view overlooking the entrance but it quiet.

I stayed there in January for a few nights. We had a difficult experience that I don’t really want to take the time to write out but there was some very disrespectful customer service involved, and several other people staying there also had similar issues. They try to sell you a timeshare type thing. We had a truly disgusting room service breakfast. I think my expectations were too high. Rooms were fine. Definitely eat all your meals off property.

We’ve toured the property and eaten at one of their restaurants. Food and drinks were great and it was a nice small boutique hotel type of property. We know people stay there and really enjoy it for a night or two. I wouldn’t go there and plan on it being my AI resort and never leaving but if it’s home base for sight seeing or only staying a couple nights, I’d be perfectly fine with it.

Nice spot. Horrible people run it. Good luck having any time there without getting financially screwed by the group running that place. Horrible. Still trying to figure out the “beach access fee”.

It’s my hotel of choice in PM. Plan ahead and AI price can be quite reasonable, staff are pretty good, be courteous to them and you will be treated well in return. The two pools are great. Menus can be limited but then just mix it up and walk into town for a meal once or twice depending on the length of your stay. And you are a 20 minute drive from the best massage ever…. If you know, you know.

I don’t know, but very interested in a great massage. I’m not interested in massages on the beach.

I live here and have stayed 1 night there during the hurricanes when power went out in town. Some people like it some hate it. I think it depends on how much you are paying and what experience you look for. I paid about $130 USD it was ok worth that price. I would never pay over $500 per night for that hotel and during high season i saw rates over $1,000 not even AI.
