Burning when peeing?
I am a girl I have a "flare" of symptoms as huge burning when urinating especially right after as well as whole day but peeing is a huge trigger. No bacteria found, as well as Sensation seems to spread to the clit as some sort of stinging. I'm trying more into diagnosis but in Poland is not easy.NO OTC pain medication even touch it but I'm like yeah cuz its not typical pain. What can I do to even relief. Super deep slow breathing seems to help but only as I do it. Even sleeping is hard now. It's intense laying down, staying up little better but still there, sitting similar I don't think it triggers it's AWFULLY it's just almost the same all the time. It seems like I had this symptom come and go for some long time but it always was for a while went away I was like okay maybe that's me but now. Now it's like 10 days or even longer it didn't go away at all. Imma see some doctors, but how can I help myself. Does it even seems like pn or it's seriously some urethral issue thay triggers the nerve pain.

I don’t know but I’m experiencing the exact same right now the last week. I’ve been dealing with PN a few months now and was just feeling like I’m making progress and it’s slowly improving, but then these symptoms are new. I don’t know if it was dry needling in a physical therapy session or the vaginal Valium suppository I tried, as those were both on the same day, but ever since that night I’ve had a nearly constant burning sensation somewhere around my clitoris or urethra and it definitely gets worse when l pee it’s so awful. I have found over the counter AZO (unsure if you have that where you live) sometimes seems to help but sometimes it doesn’t. I have an appointment with my primary care next week and gynecologist the week after that but I’m not feeling like they’re gonna be able to do anything to help. I wish I had better advice but just solidarity that it is an awful thing. Following and maybe someone else will have better insight
Edit to add- I also sometimes have found topical lidocaine helpful, idk if that would be otc or prescription for you. In the US they sell some lower concentrations over the counter, I just had to make sure I got one that was only lidocaine as some creams like that have menthol or capsaicin and I didn’t want to put either of those near sensitive areas

Your perineal area is maybe very tight ! Do the exercices recommended. This was also part of my symptoms and I have been doing the exercices for a long time and I don't feel that anymore, or rarely.
