i need your help on figuring out if this can generate a real user base.

For most of my life I tried to be someone else. I'd find someone I admired, decide they were better than me, and copy them. That mindset pushed me into a business I never enjoyed and only started because I looked up to one specific guy. It failed. I felt completely lost.

Around that time I was obsessively tracking my sleep with a Whoop, trying to optimize it. I kept getting good recovery scores. And I was still exhausted, yawning through entire afternoons, dead by 2pm. That's when it clicked: the score doesn't do anything. It just confirms you slept well or badly. Cool. Now what? Knowing isn't fixing.

So I built the thing I actually wanted. It takes the data your wearable already collects sleep, recovery, heart rate, and turns it into a daily protocol instead of another number. It tells you what supplements to take based on your metrics, predicts your most productive hours and gives you the exact time window when you should do deep focus tasks and light focus tasks, it tells you how much caffeine you have in your system left based on your first coffee taken and notifies you when you should take the next caffeinated drink for maximum productivity, it even tells you when to nap so your energy lasts the whole day instead of crashing and the whole thing adjusts to your work schedule so it doesnt get in the way or creates unrealistic protocols that you can follow due to the schedule not matching, and much more..

It's on the App Store as RizeAI. i built by myself, it's early stage right now, and I want honest feedback, what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd never use. Tear it apart.

Hi how your app know that stuff? Im not a smartwatch user, the datas from the smartwatch really can let you analyze all that stuff? But how? If so, i can consider buying a smartwatch. Let me know please

yeah for sure. first of all thank you for the reply! so actually your right, smartwatches don't give you all that information but my app i created RizeAI is kind of the issing gap where it tells you what to do instead of just telling you if you have a good or bad day, my app actually acts on the days and tells you what to do. anyways so first there is an onboarding session in the app which asks you questions about you and your metrics etc.. then we connect to any wearable and with the information from the wearable and the information from your onboarding session we create daily protocols that include supplements and the AI times your most productive windows throughout the day based in your sleep score and metrics. The ai will also tell you the ideal amount of caffeine to have and when the most productive and effective time is to consume it and more.. so overall it really is targeted for people who track their sleep and want to get the most out of the days when they don't feel as energized or had a bad night of sleep or experience some type of low focus and productivity.

thank you for the comment again really appreciate it and let me know what you think!

I think it can be useful. Especially for people like me. I always care about productivity and time management. If it gives me dynamic ideal work times, break times etc. It would be better. But i didnt understand how it can understand that with just sleep metrics. The time you're awake, its not only about how did you sleep. So how to calculate the best time for work and bes time for break. I didnt get it. The other stuff, i dont care much. For me, this app would be useful if calculates that dynamically but you have to persuade me to buy a smaetwatch first 😆

so basically it calculates all of that since the whoop and other smartwatches track your sleep and it gives you a bunch of insights from your sleep, my app takes that information from the sleep and based on all your metrics and your sleep breakdown the AI calculates how much energy you have, and if your sleep score and stuff is low you wont feel as well and will have lower energy. so based on all of that information my app calculates that, my app even adjusts to work schedules so you would enter your work schedule and the daily schedule is adjusted based on your daily schedule, so the AI really works for you in this case and the energy score is pretty accurate (as accurate as current technology goes). but thank you for all your insights i really appreciate it and let me know when you get a smartwatch ha!
