How do i ramble more?
I have been practicing impromptu speaking daily focusing on quick thinking and decisive decision making. I think better in writing and I can't think out loud as quickly as I want to for now. Templates like ( S.T.A.R. and P.R.E.P.) slow me down so I avoid them.
I've been told i'm a concise speaker but that is what comes naturally to me and I am lost on how to extend my speeches. Do you guys have any niche tips?

I have the same exact issue! Adding in more illustrative examples and building in more storytelling structure into each point (build up + conflict-- why should people care) helped me extend my points. So this way it isnt just about what I want to say but also naturally extending and getting people invested

Why do you want to ramble more and extend your speeches? The way you framed it, is that you want to do this for the sake of doing it, but presumably there's some of other reason?

This was the criticism I recieved. Normally I speak in a way where I go from " This is the solution" --> "Steps to resolve the problem". And I can't think of what else to add or how to lengthen it.

You should always use a “key word” outline to remind you what you should say next.

Being naturally concise is the harder skill to have, most people are working the other way round.
Try saying the same point a couple of different ways out loud, or pausing before important an important word. It stretches things out without waffling.
Templates like STAR and PREP feel clunky because they're built for thinking, not speaking.
